Linnea Solomon, ACSW, graduated from USC with an MSW and bachelor’s in psychology from CSUF. I utilize a person centered approach and lean towards a Humanistic perspective – believing that everyone is capable of change if realizing their fullest capability. I believe in meeting clients where they are and molding interventions that fit the client. My preferred modalities are Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Strengths-Based/Building, assisting with life goals, and more holistic/positive psychology methods such as journaling, self-esteem work, meditation, deep breathing, and exploring spirituality when clients express interest.
I firmly believe that our thoughts are powerful and what we speak to ourselves makes a difference because the heart is listening.
Fun Fact: I sing and lead worship with my mom and one of my favorite places is the S.D Safari Park.
